What is a job card?

A job card asks several questions about your vehicles. It automatically creates work for cars based on answers.

What does it do?

From vehicle mileage and service requirements to wheels needing paint. The job cards logs all essential information about vehicles.

How does it help?

A job card will automatically create, schedule and assign work needing to be complete based on the answers you provide. It helps to save a large amount of time and human error.

There are many ways you can organise work. In a list, by priority, by date, by status and so on. With Taskbox, you can easily organise your work however you want too.

The majority of vehicle related work will be logged via the job card, but you can always add and remove work that needs completing via tasks. Simply add a task, schedule it and assign it to someone to complete.

Change the status of work to let everyone know how important something is to complete. When you change the priority, everyone assigned to the work will get a notification in the app, on their phone and via email.

- High priority and needs completing ASAP

- Medium priority and can be complete after high priority

- Low priority and can be complete after all other work first

Add someone to your work and they can start collaborating straight away. As soon as you add someone to your work, they will get a notification to alert them.

Sometimes you need to spell out what needs completing or maybe you just want to follow progress in more dettail. Add a checklist to tasks to follow progress.

Notes is a messaging tool that lets you log information about work or chat with other people in taskbox.

How do you talk to other poeple?

Simply @usersname tag them and the user you tag will receive a notification as soon as you send.

The search in taskbox is very clever and keeps up with your needs. Search for a car, person, type of work or other and taskbox will store that search when clicking through different views. No more searching multiple time to get the job done.
