Taskbox helps in actively encouraging efficiency in all your operations. It allows you to have all your company operations centrally located within the mobile or desktop app, with all associated documentation, communication between colleagues, tasks that are required to fulfil the overall project and supporting photos.

This can save masses of time that would otherwise be spent locating any information relating to a project, navigating through multiple information channels, keeping track of all your work needed to be completed, or communicating with others that will also be working on it.

Providing proper organisation to all your ongoing projects means that your team will find it easier get the required information of communications from within a central location.

“For every minute spent in organizing, an hour is earned.”
- Benjamin Franklin

It helps to completely monitor the check-in and check-out of multiple users, status of all projects that are associated with you and your role within the company, and allows mitigation of any risk of losing important data, or misalignment of goals through human error.

We believe that a straightforward, manageable goal setting is beneficial in many ways, both for company and employee. Having a clear focus in the form of a goal not only keeps employees on track but motivates by giving a visualisation of the contribution they are making to a wider goal. A proactive human nature is to want to complete tasks until they are all done and the to-do list is empty.

We believe that by being able to visualise your projects, in a manageable way, is a great way to keep your employees engaged, but also allow for much better employee wellbeing, as you’re able to closely manage your workload, and ensure that you’re doing all that you can in a given day.

Manage checklists in the office on your desktop or on the go on mobile, and mark as complete when done for pinpoint real-time tracking. Apply tracking markers for tasks to make sure that you are compliant throughout, by enabling real time visibility and collect all the necessary data you need. Taskbox will show users the work they need to do to complete a task, information they need to collect whilst also showing desktop users what has and has not been complete.

1. Create a project

Adding projects to Taskbox is as easy as a few clicks. Once you have created a project containing the essential information required to inform your teammates about the project, you can carry on with the work, and add any details or supporting documentation as and when it is completed or arrives.

2. Assign users

Within your project if you are the project manager, you are able to allocate and assign other users to your project that are going to be contributing to it. Within this you are able to schedule your team’s working days by assigning users to tasks that you require them to do each day. Taskbox will take it from here. Each user will receive a notification through taskbox of their allocation to a new project, and through this they will be able to see all work they are required to do, planned and ready to go.

3. Create Tasks that are required to fulfil the project

Individual work required to collectively complete a project is divided up into Tasks. Where the different parts of your business machine can work together collaboratively, and be on the same page at all times during a project. Communicate seamlessly, organise themselves, and become more efficient in the working day. These can be taken up by your relevant team mates depending on their role in the company.
