Have you had problems finding something you did in Taskbox? Not anymore. We’ve got some fascinating new features in today’s update.

This update includes upgrades we’ve been working on for the last few months. All is based on tracking and logging your information within Taskbox to get a clearer overview of what you are working on.

So let’s jump right in…

1. Project audit logs

One of the key USP’s for adopting a digital task manager is the footprint you have to track. Who did what and when. Project audit logs provide a running overview of all changes and additions to your projects.

From users assigned on the task to production work dates, you can be sure always to know when work is complete with this new feature. Never again will you and your team be questioning if people have been given work or whether the end dates for projects were incorrectly planned. Everything will be logged and visible by all.

2. New sorting on kanban, timeline, calendar

We live with your goals in mind. Based on feedback from years of use by users, we know that it’s essential for you to be able to see your work your way. This is where the work boards were created.

The next logical step for these boards can allow you to sort the content shown in the way you want to. From project names alphabetically sorted to the status of work. You can now sort your work your way on mobile, tablet and desktop. Just lookout for the sorting arrows icon (one arrow pointing up and one arrow point down).

3. Audit logs for tasks

Like the project audit logging, Task audit logs allow you and your team to keep track of anything within your task. Everything is logged and traceable, from the addition of a checklist to the production dates of the task.

Just lookout for the newspaper icon on desktop, tablet and mobile to see an overview of the activities in your tasks.

4. Bug fixes

We work tirelessly to ensure the quality of our features, testing our features on all devices in all scenarios possible. Unfortunately, as our product matures, we often find a few little bugs that creep through the net. We aim to crush these as soon as we find them. In this update, we have a couple of syncing bug updates to make sure you are getting the information you require when you require it.

If you would like to know more about this update or any other functionality, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to help.
