Taskbox Pro provides a more advanced user experience from the ground up. Built on the same workflow process as the other subscriptions, Taskbox Pro allows for much more activity, whilst allowing custom dashboards, advanced notifications and more personal support and training. You can add more of your team to share the Taskbox experience.

Taskbox enterprise is a bespoke package. A team member will reach out to you to arrange a discovery meeting, where we understand your business requirements, pain points and future plans. We will then build a bespoke plan to ensure you and your team make the most of Taskbox from day one.

With Taskbox enterprise, you will gain access to a dedicated account manager, bespoke functionality, custom training and much more.

You can upgrade from Basic to Lite, Pro or Enterprise at anytime in your account settings. Upgrading to Enterprise in possible, but it will require a virtual meeting with a team member to understand your requirements.

Protecting your data is one of our top priorities. Taskbox uses technical procedures to keep your information secure. We regularly complete data backups to prevent data loss. Additionally, we host all data in secure AWS data centres. We are also implementing firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to protect your information, and we work with industry-leading security researchers to ensure our practices are secure.

Yes. All our prices include sales Taxes. Invoices are available via your account settings to see a complete billing breakdown.

For example: Taskbox Lite subscription plan is billed at £5.60 + £1.40VAT per user per month as of 01st Nov 2022.
